"I received an estimate of $160 for my phone. After they received my phone I was told they would pay me $23.10.
I complained via email and then called their customer service and told them to just return my phone. They worked with me and promptly gave me fair market value for my phone. I was skeptical, but, I did receive fair payment the next day. I am satisfied (and relieved)"
