Getting the Run Around from Haggar Clothing.
"Haggar Clothing sent me the wrong size pants. They claim that they have a free label to send the pants back via UPS and that they can send me the correct size pants. There was no free label, it cost me $13.00 to send them back to Kentucky. Now, Haggar says that they can't use the code number to send me the correct sized pants and that I must charge the new pants on my credit card, then they can refund me. That doesn't make any kind of sense. This is what they wrote me:
"Dear Paul,
Thank you for contacting Haggar.com.
We sincerely apologize, but at this time we do not offer exchanges for online orders. We have reviewed your order, ***-***-****, and have found that you purchased the Big & Tall Work To Weekend Khakis - Classic Fit, Pleated Front, Hidden Expandable Waistband in size 48W x 34L. To receive the item in the size you desire, please feel free to return your current item by using the pre-paid return label and following the instructions located on your packing slip. The coupon that you used for your order is a one time use code and we do not have the ability to reuse it. You would need to place a new order for the alternate item, using a Credit Card or PayPal and we would be happy to credit you for the order after it is placed.
Thank you for your understanding in regards to this matter. We look forward to shopping with you again soon!""
