Terrible!
"I ordered two items on the 5th December, neither of which have arrived. They keep telling me one has been delivered but the tracking reference is for a parcel delivered to Oley in Pennsylvania. I live in Katy, Texas! The other one seems to be lost in the netherworld of parcel tracking. Swim2000 do not know where it is. Seems like they don’t have a clue about how to run a successful online business.
When I emailed to chase them up I was told both parcels had been delivered when they clearly had not. Spoke with my mailman and he had not had the parcels. They then started suggesting that I was being dishonest! Calling customers names, ignoring emails and unhelpful staff seems to be a regular occurrence. Avoid at all costs - a very disturbing experience."
