Worst Customer Service of any Major Store
"Worst customer service of any major company I've dealt with. Placed an order over a month ago that was to be delivered on March 17. It didn't arrive so I went on their site to track the order figuring it was delayed due to the current situation. No update on their site so I waited almost 30 minutes to connect with a customer service person. They told me they were sorry, but it appears although my order via the internet come through, they never processed it with their customer, so, in essence, I was just out of luck. Said I'd be contacted by management within two to three days. This afternoon my credit card was hit for the almost two hundred dollar order. I went to their site once again to look at the order to try to figure out what had happened. According my order page, nothing has happened. I then waited almost 30 minutes for a customer service rep just to be disconnected (a "chat with us" online customer service rep). I called their customer service line-on hold for almost an hour and a half before giving up. Back to my order page and their chat with us service. The first time I was using Firefox and that maybe their system didn't jive with it, so this time I used Microsoft edge--same thing, wait for almost 30 minutes, disconnected when it was finally my turn. Decided to give it one more shot with Internet Explorer--exact same process."
