"Ordered a viewsonic vx715 17" lcd monitor. Advertised as new on their website, received a refurbished monitor shipped in a plain brown box. Monitor had dead pixels as well as touch up paint on the plastic panel."

"After a HORRIFIC experience with Best Price Camera, I did some research and found resellerratings.com. Extensively researching and reading up on pricing and reviews, I came to the conclusion Adorama was a reliable etailer and went ahead and pulled the trigger. Thank you for making my purchasing experience online fun and safe again, Adorama! The pricing was not only very competitive, but the customer service, prompt shipping, accurate pricing, etc were all on the dot.
I've since made about 5 purchases from Adorama and every time was hassle free. THeir website was easy to navigate and the description of products were free of gimmicks and errors. I'm happy there are decent online companies that cares about their reputation and competes with other honest online retailers.
