"If I could give them no star I would. They do not back there own shipping policy. I thought I ordered the wrong thing but was told I was sent the wrong item. First, they said they would take care of shipping than they said they would not. They said they would wave the restocking fee since I am reordering they did not. At this point, all I want is a shipping label to send the system back so I can get the correct one, no such luck. CSR basically said it was my problem getting it back. I made arrangements for a freight company to pick it up and they could not because the company did not send me a label, they cannot ship it. I was told the system is a good system but I am losing nearly $500 just to return it. Once this is over and exchanged, I will never do business with them again and never recommend anyone else to. It is just not worth it the money or aggravation."

Do not buy a phone from them. I love HSN and purchase regulary. I bought a Samsung s8 plus for $804. I Paid my last payment on 9/21/18. I broke the phone on 9/28/18. I did not expect anything from HSN until I went to register the phone and could not. I contacted samsung to have it registered and repaired only to be told the phone is international and cannot be registered or repaired in the United States there is no way possible for them to even get parts. I was not told this when I purchased the phone. I want my money back and HSN feel it is not their problem."
