"I needed to return an item that wasn’t what I thought I was getting. After discussing on the phone with a representative (Lee, I believe) I was able to find a racquetball bag that had what I was looking for. However, in the meantime I read that since I had personalized the first bag that I couldn’t return it. Lee took care of me and said he would work with me since I still wanted to use racquetworld.com and still wanted to get my husband a bag that would be personalized. I really appreciated the flexibility. This is a Christmas gift and even after returning it and reordering it was made right and received in plenty of time before Christmas!"
