"I purchased 4 identical rifles at a good price from SOS, with the intention of doing a small project with identical optics, sling, etc.
Instead of shipping 4 identical rifles, SOS sent me two different variations of the rifle with two different sets of accessories and functionally/visually different handguards.
Frustrating but not the end of the world. What IS a major issue is that I received no response from SOS customer support that addressed any part of my concern for almost a month.
Edit: after the holiday rush and some staffing changes, they resumed contact and gave a more than satisfactory resolution.
Good prices and now EXCELLENT customer service."
