"Ordered 2 replacement hepa filters on a Sunday. Received the shipment on the following Friday but there was only 1 filter, even though the packing slip said 2 and my order said 2. I emailed customer service about the situation that Friday and received a response Monday that another filter would be shipped out. I didn't think about it for about 3 weeks and realized the 2nd filter never came. I called and was put on hold and basically ignored for a very long time and then I was disconnected. I called back and when I got someone I said I had been holding a long time and was disconnected and I heard the girl laugh and was hung up on again right as she was laughing. I called back and asked to speak with a manager or owner or someone else and she said that's not possible. She assured me my other filter was on the way and said the previous disconnections were not intentional and she was not laughing. Yeah right, anyway, the 2nd filter never came. Horrible."
