"This merchant sucks beyond all suck. After submitting negative feedback Google about this merchant, detailing their failure to respond to my request for a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (per their website), I received a snotty, insulting e-mail from them. Rather than accepting responsibility for the problem, they blamed me for it, accusing me of being "irresponsible" and not contacting them before submitting negative feedback. When I provided copies of the messages I had sent them, they accused me of sending them to no-reply or nonexistent e-mail addresses. These accusations were false. All they had to do was 1) read my message carefully and 2) Google the address I used to find it on their own web site. (This was particularly ironic, given that they are a Google Shopping merchant.) To repay their arrogant and insulting idiocy, I am posting this second negative feedback. If they are willing to humbly apologize and politely ask me to return the merchandise, I will do so and I will provide positive feedback; otherwise, I will make things worse for them using the Visa dispute process and small claims court. I don't even care about the money at this point; these foolish toy sellers have f'ed with the wrong guy."
