"Paid extra for shipping to arrive on 12/20; this morning the customer service reps (called twice) said it would be delivered today.- 12/21. Unfortunately the recipients left early today for a vacation and will not be home to accept the delivery, which may sit on their porch until they return in 8 days. Customer service said they would refund the extra shipping, but I asked for full refund as the delivery will not be usable when they return after January 1."
