"Projector Lamps World is terrible, terrible terrible! We smelled plastic burning and soon thereafter the screen went blank. Their bulb connector melted and destroyed the connector in my projector. I had to break the connector to remove the bulb. It did serious damage. We only had 39 hours on the bulb.
I rate them at a very high price. The price of the bulb is cheap, but the price of repairs they caused is very high.
They vaguely offered a discount on another purchase, but wouldn't define what that meant.
I have pictures of the damage and would gladly post them if I could."
