"This place is the worst!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They are totally overpriced and their service department is totally non-existent.
I bought some Floor mats and realized I didn't need them. I emailed in ample time to cancel my order. All I was looking for was a store credit. I even phoned paypal and searched high and low for a phpone number for these clowns.
Absolutely zero response. I thought that since I had gone through all the proper channels and had done it repeatedly that I was covered. Think again. they STILL shipped. I received a third party receipt for the part and called them and said I had cancelled the order and it shouldn't have shipped. He told me to return for full refund. He said that this happened with these guys ALL the time.
I sent lots more emails and FINALLY got a response way later. No apologies at all. I actually had to threaten to approach the bbb and said I would spread my experience to forums before I even got that. They said I would get a full refund.
Well, I didn't. They gave me a partial refund and zero explanation why.
I will be pursuing this till I am satisfied.
AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS AND EVERYBODY ELSE IS SOO MUCH CHEAPER."
