Still an ongoing battle...
"I ordered a customized sign, had a few changes that needed to be approved. The sign never came, but the charge sure did. I have been disputing the charge since March, it's now May. They sent me a FedEx tracking number. But the thing is, the proof was approved by me the day after the so-called shipment was made. Which is impossible. When I sent them copies of the emails to prove my claim, they informed me to take it up with my local FedEx office. The problem is not FedEx, it's Wrist-Band.com. Will never order from them again. And would warn others to find a more reputable company."
