"I called customer service to replace cover and gave them the Product code UPC code, but they couldn't help me. So, I took a shot and ordered the 11.5ft cover.
When it came there were no instructions on how to replace cover.
The cover frame wouldn't collapse and I sent pictures, as requested. for some direction as to installation or repair. They had no advice."
