"I was very hesitant when using next worth based on some of the reviews on here. So I was overly cautious in my approach, I took photos and video of my phone before sending it in. After waiting a few days for the status to change, I started getting nervous, so I reached out to the customer service to see why my package, which had been delivered 3 days earlier, still showed "in transit". I sent my message at 9pm CST and received a reply from Jen at 5:35 am stating that the package was in their warehouse house. Due to the change over of iPhones ,there was an increase volume of phones to inspect, so there would be a slightly longer time to review.
A couple of days later I got the email that my phone had been inspected, and to my delight, it was not only approved for the price quoted, they said it was worth more money, and gave me the extra on top!! How can I argue with that?
While I can't speak for everyone else's experience, my experience was great"
