"I ordered Quicken 2006 Deluxe from software outlet. I received it about 6 days later and installed it. It removed my Quicken 2003 and then directed me to Quicken's site to either enter a pin or repurchase the product. I have emailed and called customer service at Softwareoutlet and have gotten no response. No one answers their phone -- you can only leave a voice mail and no one returns calls. The only email response I got was that they would be getting back to me. So, now I cannot access any of my financial information."
