"I was impressed with the response time and knowledge of the agents I spoke with. Again, it was proven that speaking with real people, is better than trying to list all the differing parameters that the customers represent.
The one "complaint" about the website would be the vernacular used. There are much simpler terms to use to answer most of the questions the customers have. It just seems to use too much "legalese"."
