"Primotronix.com is a SCAM!!! Do not trust these people for one second. They will take your money and never ship your items. They have horrible customer service department, you will sit on hold for 45 minutes trying to speak with someone and at the end they will hung up at you before they answer any questions. I ordered a Canon $800.00 camera a month ago and I have yet to receive the product or get a confirmation # for the FedEx delivery. Everyone that works there are big scammers. They keep on telling me that the order was shipped yet they can't provide me with the FedEx confirmation # so I can track the order. I have wasted hours on the phone trying to get this issue resolved and I'm done waisting my time... I called my credit card company and I disputed the order as fraud...Don't waste your time because in the end you will be as angry and frustrated as I am and with no product on your hand...STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!"
