"I placed an order on 11/14 and upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed the ship date was 2.5 months out. When I called to cancel the order, the customer service rep said that since it was shipped from a manufacturer, they couldn’t cancel it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep put me on hold and after a few minutes, came back and said “my supervisor agrees with me”. After finally getting the supervisor on the phone herself, she said that the customer has 30 minutes within placing the order to cancel a order that goes through a manufacturer, which is NOT stated on their website or on the checkout page. Additionally, the product confirmation email says if I wish to cancel the order at any time, to contact FansEdge. The supervisor also told me that “every company‘s policy is that you can’t cancel orders after a week”. So apparently “Nancy Arora” (supposed supervisor) is the expert in nationwide company policies...
The only solution they offered was for me to wait until the item is delivered so that I can ship it back and receive a refund. So basically I need to wait on this issue for 3 months before I can resolve it. If the item isn’t shipping until 1/22, they should be able to contact the manufacturer directly to have the order cancelled. Such a nightmare! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Sketchy policies and sketchy customer service..."
