"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE – SUPPORT A REPUTABLE COMPANY INSTEAD.
I placed an order for compression socks from Allheart and selected the size based on the sizing options they listed, Med (9-11) or Large (10-13). I ordered the Medium. When the socks arrived, I looked at the package, which said Medium is (5-8 ) and Large is (8.5 -11).
The sizing information on their website was incorrect. I even doubled checked the website to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I then contacted customer service about getting a refund or exchange. They refused, saying I should have referred to the sizing chart (some socks do have a sizing chart, this brand/style did not).
When I checked the webpage for the item a third time, lo and behold, the Medium/Large sizing option was gone and had been replaced with a sizing chart AFTER I e-mailed them requesting a refund. It hadn’t been there a few days before when I double checked the sizing options before contacting them.
They actually changed the webpage rather than give me a refund or exchange. Unbelievable! Needless to say, this company is definitely shady I will not be ordering from them again. Thank goodness I hadn’t ordered anything expensive!"
