"AVOID!!!!! Horrible customer service. As others have stated, charged credit card immediately and waited a full week to ship a TV stand they said they had in stock. TV stand arrived broken. There is no way possible to reach an actual person in customer service. I spent 2 hours on the online help screen today and no rep ever appeared on the screen. 50+ phone calls have NOT gotten thru to a customer service rep. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card because of their horrible business practices and customer service."
