Wholly unprofessional
"I ordered from the company on 4/6. At the time, shipping was 6-10 days per their website. After three weeks, I reached out to inquire about a tracking number...nothing. 4 weeks pass by, I reach out to the company again. No answer. I filed a claim with PayPal. I escalated it, on the last day they had to respond, a tracking number was sent. I told PayPal I still wanted a refund and did not want the item which still hasn’t showed up. And nary a peep
