"I had previously gone to Home Depot to get some Husky ladders for my crews and boy was that a mistake. Worst pieces of junk I've seen in years. Turns out that brand is all made in China, and are inferior products. I decided to buy American and bought some Little Giant ladders from this company earlier this month. Their staff actually knew what they were talking about and helped me find the right ones for my crews (residential and commercial building restoration). We usually deal with high ceilings so they suggested some good ones that are working great. Didn't get a confirmation email right away, but the ladders showed up a week later, they did a partial shipment, which I thought was great customer service. Long story short, don't buy ladders made in China (Little Giant is 100% USA) and these guys have some good ladders, good pricing, and a good sales staff."

"I bought a couple of ladders (husky) from these guys and it was a mistake. They're built in china and last about as long as anything from china does (not long). Buy American!"
