They’re getting worse
"My first few orders from here were fine. I replaced my old blinds as they broke, so over the last few years I placed four orders. I recently decided to add new blinds to four windows in my living room. I ordered three at once, and one larger set later the same day. My shipping estimate was about two weeks later on 8/9. By 8/19 nothing had shipped, and getting ahold of customer service is a joke. I asked for an updated ship date, and received nothing until the first order shipped several days later. Unfortunately, they sent this shipment to Plainfield IN, not Plainfield IL where I live, even though I looked back at my order confirmations and both clearly say Illinois. FedEx does not allow the receiver to change the delivery address, so I had to contact Steve’s to do that... so you can imagine it’s delaying the order. The second order shipped finally, except they also sent that one to Indiana instead of Illinois. So for now I continue to wait..."
