"I am shocked by all the bad reviews that have been left for the Docs. I wouldnt think that they could have such bad service or shipping. I have ordered from them in the past and never had a problem with anything. I must say that I was worried about the new FedEx Smartpost. After hearing all the bad stories about it I expected the same with my most recent order. Not too bad though. It didn't go all over the country or bounce in and out of my state, and was delivered in a timely manner considering I ordered on the 16th of January and got it today on the 23rd. Including the weekend and that holiday** for the shipping company (** told to me by the Customer Service at the docs), it was only 7 days in all. Not too bad I suppose. I did request when I talked to the CSR that it be added on my profile to only ship with FedEx Ground or UPS. They were happy to oblige. All in all I was satisfied as always. For anyone that had problems with shipping and wrote the Docs off, try them one more time and request your prefered shipping. That might make your experience better but who knows."
