Long wait and overcharged
"Part was back ordered for over a month. Grew tired of no real resolution (only automated emails saying it was “ Extended delay from vendor” and for me to contact them. Did contact them and was told that they had a more expensive OEM part. So verbally told that it would be a larger amount than originally paid. I agreed to pay amount “X” and to send the part. Once I got the invoice, it showed that the majority of the additional charge was for S&H charge (again, on top of the shipping and handling that was paid for the original part.) Then there was a small charge tacked on beyond what we discussed for the new part! On the plus side the new part arrived within a few days. I will not be purchasing from Jacks Small Engines again."
