Long time user of Jegs, but now Amazon will get my business...
"I thought I would be better off ordering car parts from Jegs because of the added specialty service (even at a higher price). Jeg's service has become HORRIBLE. I ordered the exact part I needed on April 29th with an expected delivery of May 8th. When May 11th rolled around and my parts were a no show, I called. 34-minute wait to speak to someone. Come to find out it was never sent to Fed-Ex. So now that we have found the problem, can we get it fixed and get the parts to me ASAP? Nope. Can't help you with expedited shipping sir, would you like to reorder or get a refund? 10-second search on Amazon, 5 seconds to pay (at a 42% discount), and arriving on the front porch in 2 days. Jegs, you are dead to me."
