"I purchased a motherboard that was defective. I returned it for repair or preplacement. After a month and many unanswered emails and phone calls, they told me they were replacing the motherboard. I received the same board I sent in. I had placed a small mark on it so that I could identify it if I got it back. I contacted the company and they told me to return it and they would send me a new one. It has been over a month since they recieved it and they refuse to answer any emails or telephone calls. I recoomeend that this company be avoided like the plague."

"I ordered a system from Tiger Direct the first of December. The sent the wrong processor. It was shiped back the next day. I contacted them on the 19th of December and was told it had been recieved and the processor I had ordered was not in stock. They offerd to send a slower processor that was in stock for $15 more. I agreed just wanted to get the issue resolved. I was told it would ship out the folowing Mondaay. It still has not arrived and when I tried to calld, some joker named Marcus got very arrogant and rude to me and repeatedly put me on hold for no apparent reason. He kept telling me that it took 7 - 14 days to process returns before another could be shipped out, even though I was telling him it had been recieved over 3 weeks ago and was promised to be shipped over two weeks ago. He proceeded to become more and more combative to the point of making vague threats. I will never agian order anything at all from Tiger Direct and will do my best to make sure everyone I know hears how inept and decieving this company is, not to mention the rudeness and attitude you get from any person you talk to on the phone, with the exception of whoever you talk to when the order is placed."
