Terrible customer service!!
"I ordered some Mahjongg tiles from their company and one of the tiles was defective. I emailed them and asked them if they could tell me how to get a replacement tile. They asked me to take pictures of the defective tile and send it to them which I did. They emailed me back and asked for the order number asked me which I did not have because there was no packing slip with the shipment. I did give them the credit card transaction and they told me that would not work. I will never do business with this company every again. Buyer beware!!!!!!"
