Customer service is terrible
"They will not ship to a seperate address without you adding that address to your credit card, then when you call they ladies that answer the phone are rude and may just hang up on you if they can't get you to change your mind. What horrible service, I've ordered from them a few years ago, but I'll take business elsewhere from now on."
