Customer service does not work with you very well.
"I placed an order for a couch 1 week ago and it has still not been made. The color that I chose was misrepresented online so I called to ask if I could change the color since it hasn’t been made. I was told that they could do that “but it would register as a new order and the process would start over again.” Which means an additional week without a couch even though my order has not been started in the first place. I then asked if I could simply refund my purchase. I was told yes but, for a 20% fee. I asked why I would need to pay $500+ for something that has not been started yet and the only answer I got was “it was policy”. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told “they can get back to you in 2-3 days.” If the couch was in the process of production I would understand. But it is not and all because the color on the website was misrepresented."
