"I ordered a part online. Received email notification it was ready for pick up. Hopped online and determined 2/8/25 was the best day for me to pick up. Arrived the morning of 2/8/25 and saw the cage to part counter was down with a 8”x11” piece of paper stating parts center was closed for inventory. Lots of people behind the counter. I spoke to an employee. Informed them of my online order. He couldn’t give me the time of day except to say “sorry we are closed, you’ll need to go talk to service about this”. I went to service. Service told me to go to parts. Just plain unacceptable. Toyota of Olympia has emailed me several times regarding pick up. No where was it advertised that parts was closed on 2/8. Not mentioned in any of the emails, not mentioned online, no mentioned on social media. This is my 3rd interaction in a row with Toyota where something has gone wrong. First time: I went in for a rotation and left with my car on a spare because they couldn’t “fix the tire” and then when I called the GM, they dug my tire out of the dumpster and fixed it no problem. Second time I was getting a TPS fixed and my battery died shortly after picking up the care (coincidence? Probably not) Lastly, this incident. I will be taking my business to other dealerships."
