No clear about back orders
"Needed to get a fast enclosure and the express 1M2 fists the bill but took almost 3 weeks to ship. Customer service was hard to get a hold of and kinda rude about the time it was taking to ship and suggested I cancel my order when I called to see why it was still in process after 2 weeks"
