No answer or callback on service, website down
"I first tried to contact customer service with a specific product question and was cut off after approximately 15 minutes. I then re-called and requested a call back which never happened. I placed the order twice via mobile device and each time received a "transaction failed" notification. I then tried to purchase via desktop and the website was down (May 08, 2024 @ 1400 MDT). I was later able to open the desktop website and place my order for which the "site wide" 10% off discount was not applied to my order. Maybe I caught partsengine.ca on a bad day? Frustrating nonetheless."
