Problem
"I received my order of ink just in time to replace a Cyan or it may have been Photo Cyan. I opened it up and the ink came spilling out!!! I now have permanently stained grout and tennis shoes. I have yet to open another one because I haven't needed to. However, if there is a problem with the next cartridge, I will definitely contact the company to return what is left of the purchased ink and go back to the ink supplied by the company for my printer."
