You put your company over the needs of people.
"You should have told me you didn’t have batteries for the AED when I ordered new pads. Instead I learned when the pads came in. But you couldn’t do that because your profit came before people’s lives. You knew there was a likelihood I would look elsewhere. Profit before people’s lives. You will never be my first, second or third for any purchases in the future and I’ll discourage anyone willing to hear of my experience with your shop."
