"I was invited to join an open Studios group show and display some of my drawings Giant learning curve!! I needed to purchase a flip rack and ordered one from your website. Then the next day I noticed it was back ordered. I called the customer service # and the very helpful woman found a Blick version in a store across the bay and arranged to have it shipped in 3 days to a store near me! I will be singing your praises!"
