I received damaged furniture and have been emailing BizChair and was very frustrated. But, today, after speaking to Mandy, Mandy solved my issues and refunded my money and made me so happy. It’s really good to shop from best and trustworthy company like BizChair because when there’s an issue, BizChair representative will solve it quickly as Mandy did for me. I can’t explain how happy I am at this time.
