"Hello: Placed an order for (2) timepieces. Received a notification that one of the items had shipped. I understand that things happen, especially this time of the year based on increased holiday spending and traffic, but, after having to reach out to inquire about the other item ( a watch for my fiancé) I was informed that the order had been cancelled. Customer service was prompt with their responses but there has been no closure to what the options are to organize another watch or cancel the original order."
