"I ordered my regular size helmet online after watching a video and the person said their regular size in this helmet fit them perfectly. When my helmet arrived it was painfully too small, 1 or 2 sizes too small (my thoughts). I checked online for a possible exchange in Springfield and found that they had some in stock in the larger sizes. I made the 2+ hour drive and exchanged for the correct size, 2 sizes larger, in a matter of minutes. My experience could not have gone any better and I am now able to link to my phone via bluetooth in this helmet."

"Original delivery date during purchase was three days earlier, before the weekend. Actual delivery was Monday. Not a big deal, weather was poor for riding. I had plans to install over the weekend, originally."
