Great Customer Service
"I was very hesitant to send my watch through the mail to be repaired. IT is somewhat expensive. However, after talking with someone who had used Watch Repairs USA, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I was kept informed every step of the way. When my watch was shipped from UPS, when it arrived at Watch Repairs USA and kept informed in every step of the repair process. They had to send it back to the manufacturer and I was informed of that as well.
The repair was completed my watch shipped back as good as the day I bought it, which was 20 years ago.
I will certainly use Watch Repairs USA again and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of watch repair or a general overhaul and cleaning of your watch."
