Lightning Fast Shipping, Occasionally Great Prices, but DISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
"I placed a trial order with them that came quickly and worked perfectly. I then ordered a tripod gimbal head that also arrived from China in a week, but it had a very tight upper arm that makes it difficult to use. When I asked to return it, AB said they would solve the problem immediately, but I'm 9 days into it and they have done nothing. I did negotiate a $10 refund from the seller, and now I'm stuck trying to figure out to loosen the upper gimbal arm. Great company if item is OK, TERRIBLE company if there's a problem!"
