"Be very wary of dealing with these folks. They sent me known defective media and hoped I would simply let it go. I don't believe this company is reputable. The balance of the media they sent is destined for the trash, because it's useless.
Update: We had a slight breakdown in communication that we have since worked through. They are now replacing my disks. I found their customer service staff to be very courteous and professional. Shame it got so out of hand, but I think it's going to work out OK."
