Lifetime Loyal Customer. Amazing Customer Service
"Beachbikes have forever earned a spot in my heart and my lifetime customer loyalty achievement by going miles above and beyond what one commonly consider as receiving "Exceptional" customer service. After Long Beach local authorities detained my bike and impounded it beyond "rescue and retrieval". even after reaching out to Beachbikes with the help of Beachbikes' staff still falling short of me being able to claim my bike the company did the unheard of and seized their opportunity to forevermore earn my humblest thanks and appreciation beyond what they already had coming by selling me such an awesome bike to begin with. I average at least one bike ride a week minimum. I mean there wasn't a single bike-ride taken that didn't include being complimented on my sweet wheels. Rather then taking the initiative to make me a repeat customer and get me back on the bike path like any average salesman would do they lost their mind and replaced my Firmstrong chrome Stretch Beach Cruiser for me free of charge. This is probably the most expensive bike they retail and they just hooked me up with a fresh new replacement cruiser seeing I was having a horrible day/week they didn't ask for anything from me just wanted to do all they could to help me out. Empathy like this is sadly unheard of these days and when it does happen its usually few and far between. Now that my friend is in the market for a new bike I couldn't show him to their web site fast enough. Excellent products, excellent staff, and excellent customer service. Shop at Beachbikes for all your bikes!"
