"Worst online merchant experience I have ever had. No phone number for customer service, and repeated emails went unanswered. After waiting for two months for my order, I wrote them one final time to cancel. Each time I wrote them I was issued a ticket number auto-generated by the system. Numbers 367714 and 358406. But never got any actual response.
Ordered from another company and had my product within a week. Now a full week after that they have charged me for the purchase. Finally my credit card company supplied me with a phone number for them. Spent a good hour on the phone with what sounded like a beleaguered customer service station located abroad. Very difficult to communicate with them. When I shipped the product back to them they had the audacity to offer me store credit only. Promptly filed a dispute with my credit card company. Don't waste your time. Stay away."
