"<I>They would not ship the item to the address saying my billing information is wrong when it clearly is not. I can't recieve items at my physical address so I have to have them sent to a relatives address. They only give 1 days notice before cancelling the order. I'm not going to jump through hoops just to purchase somthing from their website when I can just order it from newegg no questions asked. Unfortunatly newegg is sold out of what I wanted. (Minolta Dimage x20) Because this town is small the mail in this town is all PO box there will never be a phone number with a physical address attached to it which is what they want for security. It's a shame because they offered a good price.
Larger sites like newegg have never given me a problem like this about my shipping specifications before. I don't know why this one does.
So unless you want a full credit background check and the phone numbers of you and all your relatives processed and confirmed just to order somthing from them I would avoid this site. You also have to call them from the number the billing address is listed under. What do they want me to do call from the post office?</I>
EDIT: I've called digital photoclub and we called the bank to verify that the information I gave as my billing address was indeed correct. It seems their automated verify process somehow declined my info. We'll see how things go from here."

"Recieved my radeon 9500 pro very quickly with free shipping at a good price. After some initial problems with the card I was concidering to RMA the card but bought a new mobo and psu and got it working great. Customer support was very quick but said the serial number on my card didn't match any in the system. So if you do run into any problems with your hardware take that into concideration."

"Here is an update as to what happened if anyone is interested. I called my bank and filed a dispute with pcpart4less.com after not being able to get through via phone or email. I then filed out paypals form to claim fraud. After that I contacted the dns server who created the website from a number I got through a whois search on pcparts4less.com and told them that the website was a fraud. I gave the woman on the phone my contact information to pass along to pcpart4less.com and about an hour later I recieved a call from pcpart4less and they said they wouldn't ship to me because I used an unconfirmed address which sounded very sketchy to me so I told them to give me a full refund and they said they would. I was able to get the refund and I hope never to hear from them again. If you have ordered from them do a whois search on them and get the DNS contact information and don't wait to long."
