"Do not order from them if you need a part quick, their customer service is disconnected from their sales system. I ordered a part that arrived broken, called and send photos Thursday morning 10:20am. After a second email Friday, they responded and said "Thank you for your inquiry. We will be looking into this". I received another email from Kathy Kussro asking me what item I had ordered when my order number and invoice were both in the subject line on all emails and there was only one item on my order. Today, I am getting my pool re-plastered and need to install the pump and their customer service seems to still be trying to figure out what I had ordered. Good prices but no RMA process, so be warned if you need a part quick."
