"I've been buying from Vibe for a few years now, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Prices are always very competitive, shipping is very quick (often next day), the website is great to use, forums are very helpful and lots of product reviews to research with. I have never recieved any lemon hardware from them. Overall excellent experience, I will certainly continue to shop there."

"I had to purchase two products within one week from this store. The first product I called in and asked them to put aside... I came to the store and had to wait about 30 minutes in line (desipite there being only 2 people ahead of me). When they finally helped me, I paid for the product, but then they decided to take apart the package and look at it, and then force me to wait while they painstakingly put it back into the box.
A week later I had to order some DVD-Rs from them... I ordered them off of the internet for in-store pickup and paid with my CC. I had to spend about 30 minutes on the phone (constant busy signals and round-about customer service) before they would let me arrange to have someone else pick it up for me. Then, when she picked it up in-store, they made her wait 30 minutes in line just to get it.
Don't shop here if your time is worth anything to you - terrible customer service and painful experience."
