"Name necklace took forever to arrive. Then when I got it it was very flimsy. It broke at 33 days. When I inquired about it breaking (my name snapped in half) they said oh too bad you are out of timeframe. But we’ll do a one time replacement for $5.99 via check (actually they said Cheque so it’s not a US based organization even though the sire makes it appear they are) or money order only. No thank you. What a scam. Granted I didn’t lose a lot of money but that’s not the point."
